We give personal attention to every enquiry we receive
and keep a careful eye on all the shipments, if there is a problem

you do telephone us and we are not available to talk, please do leave
a message and we will call you back upon our return
It isn’t “just firewood” to us – this
is all we do and we are very good at it and incredibly knowledgeable,
if you want to talk to us about any aspect of firewood: storing,
cutting, seasoning, using wood as a fuel … do call us

We hand-pack all our Sacks and as there are only
two of us, there are only so many we can dispatch per day.
If your logs are for a Special Occasion, to avoid disappointment
please order early, if your logs are
for A VERY SPECIAL OCCASION, ORDER VERY, VERY EARLY please
DO NOT leave your orders until the last minute – you may be
disappointed!
As mentioned earlier there are a finite number of
orders we can process each day, this can result in a waiting list
as the winter progresses, however, when your order is acknowledged
you will be given a firm dispatch date, if this is not suitable we
will organise an immediate and full refund
