We give personal attention to every enquiry we receive and
keep a careful eye on all the shipments, if there is a problem we will keep
you informed
We try to answer all emails within 24 hours and if you do telephone
us and we are not available to talk, please do leave a message and we will
call you back upon our return
It isn’t “just firewood” to us – this
is all we do and we are very good at it and incredibly knowledgeable, if you
want to talk to us about any aspect of firewood: storing, cutting, seasoning,
using wood as a fuel … do call us

to avoid disappointment please order early, if your logs are for
A VERY SPECIAL OCCASION, ORDER VERY, VERY EARLY
please DO NOT leave your orders until the last minute –
you may be disappointed!
There are a finite number of orders we can process each
day, this can result in a waiting list as the winter progresses, however, when
your order is acknowledged you will be given a firm dispatch date, if this is
not suitable we will organise an immediate and full refund.
