Deliveries
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours

of receipt, if for any reason we are unable to

do so we will advise you by e-mail or

telephone stating the reason and or the

expected despatch date.

(Please be sure to give us a contact

telephone number and email address).

You may cancel the order at any time

before despatch.

All goods should arrive in first class condition within 3-5 working days. If they do not please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

We normally dispatch by

Business Post Next Day Service.

Carriage is included in the price (unless

otherwise stated), minimum order is

£25.00 Sterling.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order in any way

please contact us, in writing, within

48 hours of delivery.

The Logs may be returned, unused, in their original

condition and wrapping, at your own expense to:

 Druidswood Forest Products, Mount Stewart,

Sandilands, Lanark,ML11 9TT

within five working days after the complaint

has been lodged.

A refund will then be made for the original

purchase price.

We regret that we are unable to credit any products

once they have been used.
