| Returns & Delivery We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, if, for any reason we are unable to do so we advise you by e-mail/telephone stating the reason and/or the expected despatch date. (Please be sure to give us a contact telephone number/email address). You may cancel the order at any time before despatch. We normally dispatch by TNT Express Next Day Service. Carriage is included in the price (unless otherwise stated), minimum order is £20.00 sterling. For more information on the TNT service please click here All goods should arrive in first class condition within 3-5 working days. If they do not please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. If you are unhappy with your order in any way please contact us, in writing, within 48 hours of delivery. The Logs may be returned, unused, in their original condition and wrapping, at your own expense, to Druidswood Forest Products, Mount Stewart, Sandilands, Lanark, ML11 9TT within 5 working days after the complaint has been lodged. A refund will then be made for the original purchase price. We regret that we are unable to credit any products once they have been used.
